Along with our weekly classes, there are various events throughout the year such as Vacation Bible School, Easter & Christmas programs, and more.

4:12 Student
Ministry
The 4:12 Student Ministry name comes from 1 Timothy 4:12 which states, “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”
This embodies much of what this ministry is to be and do. We hope to disciple and equip our youth so that they have confidence in God, in their faith, and in themselves AND to live a holy, righteous, set-apart-from-the-world life by being an example to ALL believers in word, conduct, love, spirit, faith and purity. Our vision is to see students saved, set free, healed, discipled, equipped, and serving. It is our goal to see students reach their full potential in Christ by discovering their purpose and using their gifts to serve others. East Sparta Church of God's 4:12 Student Ministry is led by Phillip Hensley.

Music Ministry
The East Sparta Church of God Sanctuary Choir and Band consist of individuals who are driven and passionate. Our mission is three-fold, first and foremost to serve God. We accomplish this through prayer, fasting, and study of scripture. Second our choir is wholly inclusive. We stand on the fact that this group of musicians is a ministry outlet of the church. We strive to include all who desire to be a part regardless of musical experience or knowledge. We want our team to be a place where people can come, feel included, and grow with us in Christ. Psalms 51:12 says “restore unto me the joy of Your salvation and make me willing to obey you”. Our prayer is that we will be continually restored so that we can help lead others to the same restoration and joy. The final fold of our mission is to extend beyond solely music ministry. We want to have an active place in our community, through service projects, missions, and overall community involvement. As the great commission charges, us to do, we seek to go beyond the walls of the sanctuary and share the love of Christ with all in need. Our service to God includes music from a variety of styles but never strays from Biblical truth. We hope you will join us soon!

3H MINISTRY
HAPPY-HEALTHY-HOLY
The 3H Ministry helps members of East Sparta Church of God, as well as non-members, explore the areas of healthy living. We recognize that living for Christ is often challenging and can lead to us making unhealthy decisions. In this group environment, we will commit to pushing ourselves beyond old habits in developing new ones all the while encouraging one another. This program is not specifically geared toward weight loss, however, it will be a part of several discussions and weight loss is expected. Overall, we want to encourage one another to protect and prepare ourselves for Godly service by establishing healthy relationships with God, food, and ourselves.
The 3H Ministry is currently accepting sign-ups for new memebers. The 3H Ministry is led by Caleb Shuler.
